Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, accessing, or using any service provided by the 993 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and 993 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version.
The 993 platform operates exclusively for users in Malaysia who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are not prohibited by any local law or personal decision from using online entertainment services.
Account Creation & Security
Each user may only hold one active account on the 993 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. 993 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and may suspend an account during the verification process if there are reasonable doubts about the validity of the information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity carried out through your account is considered your own. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 993 support team immediately. We strongly encourage enabling two-factor authentication, available in your account settings, for added security.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 993 platform agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, harm other users, or violate applicable laws. Specifically prohibited activities include:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, system bugs, or game inconsistencies to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or the rewards system.
- Spreading false information, submitting fraudulent documents during verification, or impersonating another person.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Accessing the platform from any region or country designated as restricted by 993.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance freezing, and disclosure of information to the relevant authorities where required by law.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the 993 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including DuitNow and online banking via FPX. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details submitted are accurate and that the payment method used is registered in the name of the account holder.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. 993 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. If a deposit is not credited within a reasonable time, users should contact customer support with proof of the transaction.
Withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the user's name. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits vary by account tier. 993 reserves the right to delay withdrawals while security reviews or identity verification are ongoing. Any winnings obtained through usage that violates these terms may be voided without payment.
993 is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or other financial obligations that may arise from a user's winnings or earnings under local law. Users are solely responsible for complying with any applicable tax requirements.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The 993 platform and all its content — including interface design, logos, text, graphics, software, and game structures — are the exclusive property of the platform operator and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any such content without prior written consent.
993 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. The service may be disrupted periodically due to scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances beyond our control. 993 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from such service interruptions.
Links to third-party websites that may appear on the 993 platform do not imply our endorsement of or responsibility for those sites. Users who access third-party sites do so at their own risk and are subject to the terms of those respective sites.
To the extent permitted by law, 993's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim. This does not affect any rights users may have under applicable Malaysian consumer law.
Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
993 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in cases of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or at the platform operator's discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Where suspension is due to a terms violation, the account balance may be frozen while an investigation is conducted.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through account settings or by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions are settled and there are no active verification procedures in progress.
993 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or email where applicable. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any dispute relating to the 993 platform.
